Privacy policy

Data collected

Account: your email address and your password, stored only in encrypted form (hash). With "Continue with Google", we only receive your email address verified by Google, never your Google password.
Licence and devices: your plan, its dates, and for each activated PC an anonymised fingerprint (hash), the computer name and the app version.
Detection AI usage: while Detection AI is running, the app reports whether Detection AI is running and the resource being farmed, to check your licence and monitor that the service works properly.
Support: the messages and images you send us in the Support tab.
Payments: the plan bought, the amount and the payment method (bank transfer or kamas). We don't receive or store any bank data.

The app doesn't read or send your Dofus login details, your in-game conversations or the contents of your computer. Game screenshots are only used by Detection AI, on your PC; with "collection mode" (off by default), they are saved in your Pictures folder, without being sent.

Use

This data is only used to run Hantofix: signing in, checking the licence, sending the confirmation code by email, support and payment tracking. It is never sold or used for advertising.

Storage and processors

Server and emails: Hostinger.
Database: MongoDB Atlas.
App download: GitHub.
Sign in with Google: Google (only if you choose this sign-in method).

Retention period

Accounts never confirmed by email are deleted automatically after 7 days. Other data is kept as long as your account exists.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data at any time from the app's Support tab. Deleting the account ends the associated licence.
